Hiriring for full-time and part-time hours at our Washington Avenue and Yale Marketplace locations!!

We are all about the guest experience. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license

6+ months as a Lash Stylist preferred

Reliable transportation

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Must work at least one weekend day

Has a strong work ethic

Strong verbal communication and listening skills
