RESPONSIBILITIES:

Empower our guests with enhanced beauty by your growing expertise

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED:

Active California Cosmetology or Esthetics license

1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred

1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred

Solid communication skills

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic

Attention to detail

Be able to follow instructions

Customize each service

Initiates self-learning is comfortable with educating clients on products and services.

Ability to work weekends and evenings
