Responsibilities of Stylist:

Provide guests with an exceptional experience

Perform professional application of services at the expected "Gold Standard" level

Conduct thorough consultation and document notes on client charts for reference and tracking

Educate guests on proper care and expectations of services and recommend exclusive after care products

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area and proper sanitization of implements

Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized and taking out trash

Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those events to help market the salon and build the brand

All other duties as prescribed

Must have valid state license in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Full Specialist, or equivalent state license

Skills/Qualifications

1+ years of experience lashing (preferred). Will be required to perform a practical.

A professional and polished appearance and adhere to uniform policy

A friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve skills

Takes initiative on additional tasks and willingly assists team members

Forms strong working relationship within team

Effective communication with guests, coworkers, and management

Ongoing learner; exhibits curiosity and an interest in self improvement

Reliable transportation
