WHO WE ARE:

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Our Paoli location is looking for Stylists, preferably with lash experience, who enjoy being part of a great team in a positive work environment. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible! COMPENSATION:

Earn $40,000+! You'll be paid an hourly wage during training and certification. Upon certification you'll be eligible for our generous commission program. Commission is also paid for retail sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Pennsylvania

1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred but not required

1+ years with hand-made volume fans is a PLUS

Customer service focused; loves on your clients

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
