Each location is independently owned by individuals local to the community. This location is no different. Savannah is a life long AZ resident who grew up in Prescott, Az. She has worked her way from selling candy bars and erasers at school, to part owner in multiple businesses in various industries. Likewise, Branden grew up right here in Phoenix, AZ and started his first business serving the Phoenix community at the age of 19. He continues to invest and build multiple successful businesses and brands. Together they have a goal to create a place for Associates and Stylists to Realize, Work towards, and Achieve their own personal career and life goals

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician/Cosmetologist to join our team as a Lash Stylist. While Lashing experience is a plus, each stylist will attend The Lash Lounge certification classes. This allows us to create a cohesive team, with consistent quality for our clients. Think of the relief when your client must reschedule, and your fellow Lash Artist is able to deliver them the same care and quality you would. We believe in respecting each others talents and goals, while building a network to help each stylist achieve their own. Precision, Quality, and Safe application of Lash Extensions/Tint/Lift solutions are essential. While creating a truly unique, and catered experience for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every Client

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license

1+ years as a Lash Stylist a Preferred

1+ years with hand-made volume fans a plus

Customer service focused

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
