The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Eyelash Extensions with 150 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

In the Portland urban area, we own and operate five locations (Bethany Village, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Portland NW 23rd Ave., and Happy Valley) and we pride ourselves in being the leader for lash extensions in town.

All of this is about to change!

The Lash Lounge in the Portland urban area now offers the following apprentice program FREE OF CHARGE!

1- You will get 2 days of virtual training to teach you The Lash Lounge way of lashing.

2- You will get 1 day of theoretical training with a trainer certified by The Lash Lounge.

3- You will start lashing mannequin heads under the supervision of our trainer.

4- As soon as our trainer assesses that you are ready, you will start lashing models, provided to you by The Lash Lounge.

5- Our trainer will supervise you while you lash models and will coach you while you improve the quality and speed of your services.

6- Once you can perform Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Full Sets and Refills at the level that The Lash Lounge requires for certification, you will receive The Lash Lounge Lash Extension Certification.

7- After you receive The Lash Lounge certification, you will be ready to join The Lash Lounge as a certified lash artist, join another salon, or be fully prepared to own your own independent business. You will have the skill set and experience required to confidently provide lash services on paying clientele.

During your apprenticeship at The Lash Lounge, you will be provided with all the supplies, training, supervision, and models required for the certification free of charge. You will also receive the models’ tips and 10% commission on the products that you will sell.

You should expect the full process to become certified at The Lash Lounge to last between 6 to 8 weeks.

Once you are certified through The Lash Lounge, you may (or may not) be offered a Lash Artist job at one of our The Lash Lounge locations in the Portland urban area!

Requirements: You must have an Oregon esthetician or cosmetologist license to become an apprentice at The Lash Lounge
