WHO WE ARE:

We are actively hiring a Permanent Makeup Artist at our Prosper, TX location.

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 120 locations in the United States, offering a complete menu of services including lash extensions, perming, threading, and permanent makeup. We have carved a name for ourselves in the area as the premier salon for eyelash extension services and we've had several of our existing members and guests inquire about Permanent Makeup services. We are eager to add Permanent Makeup to our list of service offerings.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking an experienced, qualified self-motivated technician who specializes in Microblading/ Permanent Makeup.

The business already has a permanent makeup license from the state of Texas, and will own the business facility, facility health permits and all paid marketing for the Permanent Makeup services. You, the practitioner will own your licenses and permits to practice at our facilities along with all materials required to render these services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on the services and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional microblading/permanent makeup services

Help generate new clientele

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license

1+ years experience

Customer service focused

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Ability to work some weekends and some evenings

REQUIRED SKILLS:

All required active practitioner licenses for rendering permanent makeup services

Permanent Makeup experience: minimum 1+ year with before and after pictures of each service

Stellar knowledge of industry trends and a high level of expertise in Permanent Makeup Services
