WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent client service skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This position will perform salon services for our clients, including semi-permanent eyelash extensions, temporary eyelash extensions, eyelash perming and facial threading. The candidate must be a team player. We value our positive work environment and fun, along with teamwork-oriented culture, and we are looking for the right candidate who will contribute to fostering this along with our team. You must possess a current Utah license in Cosmetology, or Esthetics. This position requires work in evenings and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable educating guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license (Utah)

1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred

1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred

Customer service focused; loves on your clients

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
