THE LASH LOUNGE® Sandy Springs – Chastain Park is looking for a dynamic and experienced Salon Front Desk Associate for our upscale eyelash salon. We take pride in creating an inviting atmosphere and giving each of our guests excellent personalized customer service. As a key component to our high performing team, this position will be responsible for sales including booking new clients, selling memberships and selling retail products. Our Front Desk Associate will also ensure our guests’ first and last impression are excellent through the following tasks – greeting, accurate check-out, answering questions and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. We value our positive work environment and fun culture, and we are looking for the right candidate who will contribute to fostering this along with our team.

Required Skills:

Excellent customer service skills

Face-to-face and phone sales skills

Ability to multi-task with ease

Comfortable with computers, experience using MS Office and Salon POS software

Active on social media platforms; expertise in social media marketing is a plus

Exceptional attention to detail

Sound decision making and conflict resolution skills

Days and hours for this position (minimum 25 hours a week with flexibility to set schedule during these salon hours):

Monday through Wednesday 10am – 7pm (close)

Thursday 10am - 8pm (close)

Friday 9am - 6pm (close)

Saturday 9am - 5pm (close)
