    About Us:

    The Last Layer is a strategy-first brand awareness agency specializing in PR and influencer management. Since 2012, the agency has built its client base entirely off referrals. We are a small but mighty team of creative brand builders that serve a long list of industry-leading brands within the lifestyle, modern parenting, F&B, and wellness sectors. We build on each of our clients' brand foundations to add the finishing touch to their brand experience.

    About the Role:

    • Serve as the agency's liaison and drive relationships with content creators and managers across key social channels, including Instagram and TikTok, to generate earned mentions based on product value and relationship.

      • You will work closely with the account teams on the PR side
    • Maintain and establish new industry contacts with digital influencers and bloggers across parent, wellness, and lifestyle verticals while building and maintaining an agency database of existing relationships.

    • Co-develop and manage end-to-end influencer programs for clients, including co-building campaign strategy, curating talent, managing contracts and deliverables, facilitating orders, liaising payments with clients, and monitoring social for results.

    • Co-develop and co-lead strategy for scaling our influencer search.

    • In collaboration with the PR team, conceptualize new ideas for clients' product launches that will go to key influencers and VIPs.

    • Generate new content ideas while considering industry trends, product inventory levels, and upcoming product launches.

    • Actively monitor performance and provide updates on key social/marketing metrics.

    • Maintain monthly Influencer budgets.

    • Analyze and assess campaigns to provide valuable insights and optimizations.

      • Partner with the cross-functional digital and media teams to recommend distribution and amplification strategies that support larger product and business priorities

    What You'll Need to Have:

    • Minimum 2-3 years experience in influencer relations
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to track and leverage KPIs
    • An open-minded team player with a collaborative attitude
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
    • Ability to take direction and flexible when working with multiple clients
    • Knowledge of social content and social best practice
    • Self-starter driven to make your work and the work of those around you better and a problem-solving attitude
    • Eagerness and willingness to learn and ability to multitask, manage their own time efficiently, and handle a fast-paced environment
    • Takes ownership of work and mistakes, learns from them, and continues to improve
