Job Description

Our office is seeking a litigation paralegal for plaintiffs in personal injury cases.  You will provide overall support to attorney's business needs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Draft pleadings, discovery, medical and discovery summaries
• Communicate with clients if necessary
• Input and review medical records

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal 3-5 years minimum
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute
