    The Law Office of Gregory L. Williams is a boutique law firm located in Columbus, Ohio. Over the last several months, we’ve realized tremendous growth and expect that exciting trend to continue. To help us maintain our high level of service while serving more clients, we’re looking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to our team who can hit the ground running. You'll work directly with the Owner/Managing Attorney, playing an integral role in creating first-class client experiences, supporting and providing guidance to our staff, and helping maintain our aggressive growth goals—all designed to serve and satisfy as many people as we can. In the first paragraph explain what you believe are the three most important qualities needed of an attorney who represents estate planning and estate administration clients and why you believe they are the most important qualities. In the second paragraph, explain why you applied to this particular job posting. Responsibilities: YOU KNOW HOW TO: • Draft standard probate forms, using either PerfectForm or Supreme Court standard • Draft estate planning documents using either WeathCounsel or Fore! Wills and Trust • Independently manage client matters, including (most importantly) deadlines for assigned cases  YOU WILL BE ENCOURAGED • Draft formational and transactional business documents using WeathCounsel’s • Show sympathy when dealing with clients and potential clients, learning how to win their confidence and • Devise legal and case management strategies, assess legal risks, and present potential solutions with clients, the Owner, and • Independently handle both cases and  • Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitoring their work • Oversee, counsel, guide, train, and mentor legal support staff, including assigning work and monitoring work product • Conducting legal research for and participating in litigated matters Qualifications: YOU ARE: • An active member of the State Bar of Ohio • Someone who contributes positively to the atmosphere within the office  • Willing to work hard to see that clients receive top-notch service and results  YOU HAVE: • Character, intelligence, and integrity • Between one to five years of estate planning or estate administration, or both Compensation: $72,000 - $96,000 yearly
