A Junior Bankruptcy Attorney should have an active law license and admission to at least one bankruptcy court. The attorney should have 1-2 years of experience working in a debtor's side bankruptcy firm under direct supervision.

WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBILITY: After training period attorneys can choose full work from home, full in-office work, or hybrid schedule of their choosing.
HEALTH INSURANCE: Employee or family coverage is available after 90 days of employment. The firm pays 50% of the employee's premium cost.
401(K): Choice between conventional or Roth 401(K) plans available.
PROFIT SHARING: Profit sharing is through the 401(K) plan - matching of up to 3% in contributions.
PAID HOLIDAYS AND TIME OFF: Attorneys are paid for major holidays and provided with paid time off on an increasing scale based upon how long employed.
