JOB DESCRIPTION: NON-PROFIT ATTORNEY

 We are currently seeking an attorney with significant experience in advising tax-exempt/charitable organizations with tax, governance and business issues they regularly encounter, including joint ventures between tax-exempt and taxable entities. 

 The successful individual will have a strong desire to develop and grow their book of business over time.  We will support the individual’s business development efforts, while also providing work from existing institutional clients as the candidate continues to build his or her own practice. Candidates must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio.

 This is a full-time position, and compensation is commensurate with experience.  We will provide exceptional support to help you expand your skills and practice.
