We are seeking an Data & IT Support Analyst **** to join our team! You will help summarize and analyze business results, manage our Needles legal case management software, RingCentral VOIP system, solve staff technology issues and recommend new solutions. The position requires in-person support from our Houston office. Spanish written and spoken fluency is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Summarize and analyze business results using pivot tables, graphs, Power BI
- Analyze data processing problems
- Assist managing case management software: run reports, train staff, apply updates
- Help manage RingCentral VOIP system
- Understand user requirements and procedures
- Review computer system capabilities and apply updates as needed
- Determine cost, timetable, and compatibility for new systems
- Consult with managers to implement new computer systems
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Qualification
- 1-3 years previous experience in data analysis, IT, computer science, or other related fields
- RingCentral VOIP system experience is preferred
- Needles legal case management system is preferred
- Legal experience is preferred
- Stable work history
- Ability to evaluate software systems
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong customer service and communications skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to quickly establish good working relationships with employees
- The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Office 365, SQL, MySQL
- Relational Database Knowledge
- Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and 2012
- Remote Desktop support
- Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
