Dynamic and rapidly growing law firm in the heart of downtown Brooklyn committed to providing outstanding client service in matters of complex Real Estate, Immigration, and Probate Administration seeks a seasoned Legal Receptionist. As you will be the first point of contact for the firm, we are seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist who possesses a professional calm demeanor and a great personality, with a willingness to serve and support our existing clients, potential new clients, and staff. We are looking for someone who can deliver the ultimate customer experience. In addition to the listed requirements, the ideal candidate will also be bilingual in French, Spanish, and/or Haitian Creole; possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; and, can effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management, clients, and court personnel. Responsibilities: • Answer and screen incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system, transfer calls to individuals working within or outside the office; handle “cold calls,” and answer inquiries as needed in a timely manner • Schedule client meetings • Perform intake process for potential new clients • Greet all visitors to the office • Light administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University • At least 3-5 years of law firm receptionist experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment • Effective communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Compensation: $40,000
