    Seeking a motivated Family Attorney in Frisco, TX to join our law firm. Position allows for career growth without the administrative responsibilities of running a firm. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for family law and thrive in litigation. Responsibilities include managing a caseload and guiding clients through various family law matters like child custody, support, divorce, adoptions, etc. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule and the potential to lead the family law division in the future. Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents including legal pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgments, and orders • Provide legal solutions to clients by evaluating their needs, analyzing the situation, and devising strategic action plans • Manage the division of marital assets, such as real estate and retirement, during divorce proceedings when required • Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure smooth progress through civil litigation processes • Represent clients in court proceedings when necessary • Maintain up-to-date client files in an organized manner Qualifications: • Must have a Bachelor’s degree with a legal background and possess a J.D. degree • Should have 2-5 years of experience working with family law and demonstrate a genuine passion for practicing family law • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, especially in handling highly stressful and emotional situations • Ability to independently manage and handle their own caseload Compensation: $80,000 yearly
