The Law Offices of Robert K. Lacy, an immigration law firm based in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking an experienced immigration attorney keen on making a difference in the lives of immigrants and their families. We have an extensive immigration court and USCIS caseload, and we are looking for a candidate passionate about providing opportunities for immigrants, able to handle a broad and complex array of cases, with the skills to be an effective advocate before immigration judges and officials. The firm is a close-knit, passionate, hard-working team of people working to significantly improve the lives and opportunities for the immigrants and their families that we serve.

Compensation:$85,000 - $100,000 yearly (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

Active member of a state bar; Virginia bar membership is preferable given Virginia state court custody/SIJ hearings.

Prior attorney experience in a law firm or agency for a minimum of 2 years is preferred.

Must willing to handle significant caseload and be a good trial attorney.

Fluent Spanish-speaking capability is a requirement
