QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1-3 YEARS of experience in the HOME CARE INDUSTRY
• 1-3 YEARS of experience within rECRUITING
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Flexible and willing to travel locally – 50% travel
• Technically savvy – proficient in use of smartphones, tablets, laptops and other devices
• Exceptional communication skills – demonstrated ability to communicate and follow-up in a timely manner

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience within sourcing and recruiting of Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides
• Actively manage all job postings for the eastern end of the Long Island region and respond to applicants in a timely manner
• Facilitate relationships with local and regional partners to open new avenues of recruitment
• Attend off-site job fairs and hiring events; set-up events with external partners
• Regularly host “Open House” hiring events in office
• Manage and maintain applicant tracking system (Ultipro)
• Collaboration with HR Coordinators at the branches to ensure new applicant retention and overall positive candidate experience
