Yutka Fence is a family owned business building the highest quality residential and commercial fences in Wisconsin. We are growing and are hiring an Administrative Coordinator. Who is the ideal candidate?
1. Be great with people including co-workers, customers and suppliers.
2. Be professional and project a positive attitude and good energy in all telephone communication with customers.
4. Answer all our inbound calls in less than three rings. Listen carefully to customer requests and act with urgency to address them. Our goal is to never have customers wondering what the next step is. Be proactive and thorough in communications with them so they always know what to expect next.
5. Become an expert user of our software system to track the progress of jobs from lead generation through the completion of a project.
Keep our office clean, efficient and running smoothly. Lead by example and set the standard for our team in maintaining an uncluttered and organized work space.
Document new systems as they are created and refine and update current workflow procedures as needed.
Post new content regularly on our social media accounts.
Create and collaborate on new marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness in our target markets.
