    IMPACT helps people take the first step toward changing their life, for good. We assess and guide those experiencing personal crisis toward resources to achieve stability; and collaborate with community partners to foster system improvement. We do this through:

    • Comprehensive assessment of complex problems
    • Expert navigation and connection to appropriate resources
    • Collection, analysis and interpretation of data
    • Implementation of research-based planning and process evaluation

    We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer who will serve as the internal leader of our organization.  The position requires a mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and process minded leader who can model and nurture the core values of the organization - even when it is difficult - and set the tone and lead the way for all employees to follow.

    Supervise Program Directors

    Produce, implement, and monitor key organizational performance indicators with a dashboard of metrics

    Lead, coach and develop senior management team with an emphasis on developing strategic analysis and planning and effective leadership skills

    WHO IS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE?

    BACKGROUND / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    • At least 10 years of professional experience overall
    • BA or BS in Social Sciences or Business
    • Minimum of five years of senior leadership experience in the field of human services, including supervising seasoned staff and operating multiple program areas

    KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES / SKILLS

    • Ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into program planning.
    • Skilled at program development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning; demonstrated success developing and monitoring systems to manage both operational and programmatic work that involve high levels of collaboration.
