Responsibilities
Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport and easily relates to diverse groups of people.
Maintain the physical center environment and all health/safety standard operating procedures are always in full compliance with TLE, DOE and DOH licensing regulations.
Ensure all classrooms are compliant with DOH Ratios, classroom coverage if necessary.
perform administrative tasks to support Center Director.
Effectively engages with families through both in-person, email and phone conversation.
Manage school opening and/or closing shifts
Apply Now If You have:
2 or more years of experience as an Assistant Director in a preschool setting.
Bachelor’s degree in ECE and NYS Birth-2nd grade teaching certification
Strong knowledge of DOH licensing rules and regulations.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
