  • Responsibilities

    In search of a Teacher / Office Assistant

    Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support duties for Director. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, word processing, , filing, etc. Administrative Assistants facilitate the efficient operation of the school.

    Administrative Assistants must maintain positive supportive relationships with staff, children, and parents.

    Maintain the day-to-day business to keep the school/staff up and running (staffing hours, answering phone calls/emails, deliveries scheduled, etc.)

    Monitor condition of building, playground, and all equipment to ensure all safety standards are met

    Maintain/update bulletin board every month.

    Must meet all applicable licensing regulations.

    Assist with coverage in classrooms, and coordinating center events

    Ability to meet physical requirements of the position which include lifting children, and sitting on the floor

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Early childhood education or a related field.

    High school or equivalent (Preferred)

    Childcare: 2 years (Preferred)

    CPR Certification (Preferred)

    Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
