    We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as an Infant Teacher.

    Pay: $15.00 - $16.50

    Schedule: 8 hour shift 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday

    Toddler Teacher Responsibilities: • Responsible for classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. • Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Toddlers, in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child. • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions. • Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement. • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

    Toddler Teacher Qualifications: • High School Diploma Must be 18+ • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Strong written and communication skills CPR and First Aid or willing to obtain. • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. • Be Reliable and punctual. • Prior classroom experience in a childcare center with potty training (Infant, Toddler, 2yr Old) a PLUS • Clean background check is REQUIRED (included FBI) through the Division of Child Development (qualifying letter) • TB test and staff medical (within one year old) • Minimum of 2 work references • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must. • Competitive hourly pay, paid vacation, sick leave and holidays for full time employees. • It's SIDS training (or willing to acquire within 30 days of hire) The Learning Experience At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
