    We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as an office manager at our Lobby Desk.

    As an Office Manager of Daycare at The Learning Experience, You Will:

    Be the face of our school by welcoming current and prospective families. Providing communication to close the home to school communication gap by connecting with families via phone, text, and email communication. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.

    Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.

    Maintain organized files and data entry in accordance with TLE SOPs and NJ licensing policies.

    Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.

    Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

    Apply Now If You:

    Have two or more years of office or clerical experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of office/clerical experience (required).

    Proficient with Google Workspace tools such as docs, sheets, slides, and drive.

    Possess the state-specific daycare requirements for background checks and health requirements in accordance with NJ office of licensing regulations.

    Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations or willingness to learn.
