The Learning Experience seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic floater to join our team as an ambassador of happiness. As a Floater with us, you'll play a key role in making a difference in the lives of children, their families, and communities by serving daily nutritious meals.

You will:

Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines

Collaborate with the Center Leadership team to purchase all necessary food and supplies and keep inventory records as local and state agencies require.

Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards parents and children, listen, and communicate effectively.

Be flexible and adaptable to the daily business needs of a childcare center.

Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional period

Schedule: Availability 6:30 am-6:30pm M-F (Major holidays off)

If you have:

A High School Diploma or equivalent.

The ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Background checks are required for this position.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
• Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success
