As One of Our Happy Center Leaders You Will:
Demonstrate passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees; leads with enthusiasm as evidenced by center atmosphere & engagement.
Support the Director in delivering high quality classrooms
Develop, train and support Teachers in delivering TLE LEAP curriculum
Partner with FOCUS Coordinator in implementing FOCUS QRIS program criteria
Help maintain a tour ready center to promote growth and increase enrollment.
Uphold health/safety standard operating procedures in full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
Guide our teachers by using their passion for learning to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, making TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.

1+ in a center leadership/management level role preferred & 2+ years of Lead Teacher experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
