The Learning Experience - World Headquarters is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our company. From your first day, you'll make a valuable — and valued — contribution. Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
Conduct video and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates
Passion for creating a great candidate experience
