REQUIREMENT: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in one of the following areas: Human Resources, Leadership and Human Resources Development, Business Development

REPORTING TO: Learning and Development Specialist

TASKS:

• Support the development, organization, and presentation of training materials and training programs
• Schedule and register employees for trainings, communicate with employees as needed when technical issues arise
• Support the development of job description and employee scorecard creation and editing
• Support the development and organization of formal coaching/mentoring programs and one-on-one programs
• Support Learning and Development Department as needed on various tasks
