    Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Customer service oriented • Follow scripts to achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets • Outbound calling, email communication, and coordination to schedule appointments • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Show a track record of real estate success • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's License • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Energetic, driven, and goal-oriented • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills Compensation: $100,000 potential - Commission Only
