    We’re looking for an organized, methodical, and driven Real Estate Executive Assistant with unsurpassed attention to detail who thrives on their high standards and quality of work. Our team serves an exceptionally sophisticated client base at a high level. Responsibilities: Operations/Assistant Responsibilities • Complete ownership of team’s transaction coordination (exclusive paperwork, deal sheets, contract dates, liaise with the team on invoices, commission submission) • Track team performance metrics and financials • Complete ownership of team lead’s calendar • Manage communication for the team lead including but not limited to filing, drafting, and editing emails as well as informing of urgent matters • Keep the filing system up-to-date and organized • Optimization and data input for team CRM system • Preparation of all pitch presentations and board applications, ensuring all data is up-to-date. Offering improvements where relevant • Comprehensive research preparation and reporting • Preparation of sales listings and coordination with vendors Marketing Responsibilities • Management and execution of all listing and branding marketing • Ownership of all research required for marketing (buyer profiles, digital marketing costs, etc.) • Strategize on branding marketing ideas and execute team-agreed ideas • Manage the team’s social media accounts • Manage marketing budgets and expenses Qualifications: • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role • New York Real Estate License or willing to obtain • Proficient in G-suite • Proficiency in Windows and IOS • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor • Bachelor’s Degree Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
