    We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Responsibilities

    Greet every guest promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact

    Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

    Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel

    Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to the hotel’s standards of excellence, professionalism and friendliness

    Take ownership of all service issues brought to your attention by guests

    Collect and capture data for report and document preparation

    Maintain current information in database sources

    Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate sales manager

    Maintain electronic file system

    Expense tracking and individual expense reports

    Maintain office inventories, supplies and equipment

    Preparation of sales kits – hard copy and electronically

    Maintain the sales office schedule and ensure all coverage is in place at all times

    Gather and submit all daily, weekly and monthly reports

    Facilitate daily showroom and events space process

    Maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel

    Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested

    Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos and verbal instructions

    Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures including OSHA requirements
