    We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in a global position. A successful candidate will be a digital media expert with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Responsibilities

    Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

    Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel

    Develop, publish, and manage content of social across all platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook pages

    Using social media tools to create and maintain Hotel and Restaurant Brands

    Working with Creative & Marketing team to develop social media marketing campaigns and initiatives

    Working with Communications Manager, Creative and Marketing to ensure copywriting and voice of captions adhere to brand and voice guidelines while also achieving marketing goals.

    Interacting with hotel guests, Social Media followers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media account and relaying important information to hotel properties

    Analyzing the digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvement

    Working with Creative team to create content that resonates with, and retains our current audience while also contributing to develop steady growth with new audience

    Researching social media trends and informing Creative and Marketing leaders of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities making recommendations for new explorations and adjustments to strategies.

    Working with Creative & Brand Team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media efforts and utilize Sprout Social platform to measure success of KPI’s and share regular performance updates.

    Analyze data regularly in Sprout Social to identify opportunity areas for improvement and how we can leverage what we are doing well for continued success.

    Responsible for generating weekly reports on influencer and 3rd party endorsement activity

    Core Competencies

    High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Three (3) years related experience in hospitality or service industry preferred

    Strong communication skills

    Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Opera PMS
