Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required. We offer a competitive salary. Responsibilities: Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth • Develop specific, measurable 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month impression/reach objectives for all branded content • Assist in the development of monthly social media content calendars based on said 3-month, 6-month and 12-month objective • Conceptualize, produce, and implement strategic content including, but not limited to general visual content, video content, infographics • Maintain a team YouTube page • Be ready to collaborate and experiment with ideas to achieve objective Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Marketing B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required Develops innovative forward design concepts Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must Compensation: $15,000 - $25,000 yearly
