Job Description

 Rockstar Sales Assistant needed to help in growing our existing customer base! This role will report to Director of Sales. You will play an integral part in growing an existing business for both Little Giraffe & Dammit Dolls.  Your ability to multi-task, identify opportunities & following through to sale will make you successful in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Sales Management– Multiple lines - analyze & identify opportunity with existing account base to grow business & market share.
• Prospecting –identify holes in distribution and add to existing prospect lists.  Initiate dialog with prospective customers   
• Assist the sales team with reporting and analytics
• Top Account On-boarding -  vendor portal &  item set up as required by vendor
• Establish relationships with buyers and assistant buyers
• Email availability reports to buyer
• Organize and attend trade shows when needed 
• Some travel may be required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer-service oriented
• Self-Starter with excellent follow through
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and work prioritization skills required
• Ability to multi-task and balance many projects at once
• Must have strong verbal communication and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office –Excel & PowerPoint
• Blue Cherry knowledge is a plus
