We’re looking for someone who loves kids, is super energetic, and who wants to make a positive impact on the families in their community. As an instructor at The Little Gym, you will:

• Be responsible to teach amazing classes with enthusiasm based on an existing curriculum in which you learn and memorize (through paid training). By doing so, you must smile, have fun, and teach kids REAL skills all at the same time!

-Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience to all who enter. You will need to learn the program to inform and sell it to parents.

• Communicate activities to parents regarding class and other programs or events as necessary.

• Host events such as birthday parties for ages 1-12, Parent Survival Nights for ages 3-12, camps (either 3-12 or 6-12). You will be expected to learn the lesson plans for each event.

• Learn about all our processes and procedures.

• Conduct cleaning procedures within the facility.

Qualifications:

We are looking for students of all classifications. This includes students who are committed and motivated with excellent communication skills.

Background/experience with the following preferred but not necessary:

• Gymnastics, cheer, dance, sports, physical education, kinesiology, childhood development, education, performance experience

• Customer service- Google Sheets, Docs and Forms
