Are you passionate about fitness, education, and inspiring young minds? We're seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Children's Fitness Instructors! on a part-time basis. As a vital member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to lead exciting and engaging classes that promote physical activity, coordination, and social development in children ages 4 months to 12 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate high-energy, age-appropriate fitness classes for children, incorporating elements of gymnastics, dance, sports skills, and more.

Foster a positive and supportive environment where children can thrive, learn, and have fun while building confidence and self-esteem.

Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and exercises.

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with The Little Gym's curriculum and educational objectives, fostering growth in motor skills, cognitive abilities, and social interaction.

Engage with parents and caregivers, providing feedback and encouragement on their child's progress and achievements.

Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children and promoting healthy lifestyles.

Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience working with children in a fitness or educational setting preferred.

Knowledge of child development principles and physical fitness concepts.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
