We are looking for FULL Time employees to lead and assist in many of our gymnastics classes as well as host Birthday Parties! If you have experience in gymnastics and would like to carry over your enthusiasm for the sport to mentor and teach children, then The Little Gym may be the right fit for you. The Little Gym sets the standard for progressive motor-skill development by providing children with a foundation of confidence through our unique non-competitive, gymnastics-based programs for ages 4 months-12 years. Our Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School gymnastics classes, as well as our dance program, encourages children to develop at their own pace.

Applicants will:

· Teach/Deliver exceptional classes/experiences for our students

· Take on a leadership position and act as a shift lead while directors aren't present

· Provide exceptional client satisfaction to our The Little Gym Members

· Work with a dynamic team of individuals to build relationships with children, parents and other team members

· Maintain a safe, clean and fun environment

Applicants must strongly possess:

Possess social/relationship building skills

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to be creative, imaginative and comfortable being engaged with the children in class

Background in fitness (gymnastics, sports, dance, cheer, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field)

Experience working with children (examples include gymnastics instructor, preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps or similar experience)

Clean background check

Ability to work non-traditional hours which include late afternoon/evenings and weekends

As Instructors at The Little Gym, your primary responsibility will be to teach gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and methodology. You will be provided a comprehensive training plan and will be working with a dynamic team of individuals who are committed to providing outstanding client satisfaction.
