    Job Title: Store/Gym Manager Job Summary: The Little Gym is seeking a highly motivated and experienced, dynamic and passionate Gym Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our gym location. As Gym Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our programs, managing our staff, and providing exceptional customer service to our members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and/or fitness center management and a passion for promoting children’s wellness and development. Responsibilities:

    Manage all aspects of the gym, including operations, staff, programming, and member experience.

    Teach gymnastics classes, minimum of 2 per day

    Hire, train, mentor and supervise a team of instructors and staff to deliver outstanding customer service and programming.

    Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow and retain our membership base

    Maintain a high level of industry knowledge in the fields of child development and gymnastics.

    Ensure the facility is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.

    Monitor and report on gym performance, including financials, enrollment, and member satisfaction.

    Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

    Oversee all scheduling and coordination of classes, events, and parties

    Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures

    Work collaboratively with upper management to achieve gym and company-wide goals

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, marketing or

    related field preferred

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in gym/fitness center management or retail management

    Strong leadership and team management skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of success

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM and point of sales

    systems.

    Background/experience in gymnastics, dance, sports, martial arts or other physical activities that lends itself to promoting healthy living and building self confidence.
