The Little Gym of Seattle is looking for a Management Trainee to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, excited, ambitious, and engaged. Are you ready to be a leader but you need some training? If so, we'd love to work with you! You'll help kids grow their skills and we'll help you grow yours!

This position starts as Part Time (20-30 hours/week) and has the potential to move to Full Time (32+ hours/week) in the future.

Responsibilities

Teach amazing Classes based on our proven curriculum (minimum 15 classes per week)

Provide excellent customer service to our Members

Be a rock-star teammate

Keep our facility clean and disinfected at all time

Qualifications

A background in gymnastics, child development, or physical education is a plus

Customer service experience

Relates well to customers of all ages

Loves to have fun and help put a smile on people's faces

Great attitude and strong work ethic
