    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the day to day administrative functions within the Engineering Department. Will also use maintenance knowledge to assist Engineers as needed on service calls. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB •    Answer any incoming phone calls •    Process the department time cards daily •    Generate work orders from daily inspection sheets •    Assist Engineering team in basic maintenace calls •    Issue preventive maintenance work sheets daily •    Organize files •    Place phone calls for contractor meetings •    Process invoices •    Process PAF's •    Review daily work sheets and update Department heads on work request •    Organize and type out equipment procedures •    Coordinate guest calls •    Ordering materials and processing through budget ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES •    Make Manager aware of guest's comments and complaints. •    Report to work in a neatly groomed and acceptable manner as outlined in the employee handbook. •    Report to shift on time.
