    You MUST have experience in either hotel front desk supervision or management, hotel sales manager, hotel housekeeping manager, hotel general manager, or hotel assistant general manager. We are looking for an experienced assistant general manager with solid leadership abilities who can grow with us. You will collaborate with our general manager to plan and oversee the hotel's daily operations and assume the GM's responsibilities in their absence. This position is responsible for managing employees and ensuring our guests have a 5-star experience with our services. Our ideal candidate is passionate about customer service while also maintaining the hotel's budget and quality standards. You must have 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry and a bachelor's degree in hospitality management is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: Support the general manager in the daily operation of the hotel to ensure that all guest service standards are met Compose an annual budget in coordination with department heads and the general manager, and perform audits throughout the year to ensure profitability Empower the human resources department to increase efforts for turnover management, employee motivation, and employee growth and retention by providing support Propose adjustments that will increase hotel profitability by assessing department performance and identifying issue areas Manage compliance with company or brand established policies and procedures and any local, state, and federal laws and regulations • Manages all finance and accounting functions, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, unit owner accounting, petty cash, payroll and ordering procedures, and end of the period Qualifications: You must have 3 or more years of experience working in the hospitality field Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Previous experience managing a team is required; preferably in a hospitality role such as department manager This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree with preference given to those with a hospitality management degree Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality • You must be a legal U.S. resident or already have permission to work in the U.S. We are not sponsoring applicants to work in the U.S. Compensation: $39,000 - $48,000 yearly
