    We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications: Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Real estate license or pursuing required • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads Compensation: $25,000 - $30,000 yearly
