The primary responsibility of this position will be to increase the number of sales opportunities for our growing team. You must be able to provide exceptional customer service that builds the trust and confidence of our client base. This role includes prospecting for leads via telephone and managing all aspects of the leads for our Listing and Buyers Specialists. Responsibilities: Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to prospective customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling in order to meet the needs of our customers Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution oriented Great phone presence with a closer mentality Passionate about selling Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Compensation: $25,000 - $30,000 yearly
