    The Lozano Law Firm, PLLC, is seeking an immigration attorney with a MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF IMMIGRATION EXPERIENCE with prior demonstration of high volume case management to become part of our team. We are an established immigration firm that has been practicing exclusively immigration law for 15+ years.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Make appearances with clients before USCIS.
    • Must be able to manage individual caseload; significant workload of active cases, prioritize, manage simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines within a changing fast-paced environment.
    • Work with our client engagement team members to evaluate and accept new cases.
    • This position will be handling 85% of family-based cases and will require they learn some employment based cases. Our firm's current case distribution is 75% family-based, 20% employment-based, and 5% deportation.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have a strong dedicated commitment to providing passionate and zealous representation for the immigrant community.
    • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
    • Position requires extensive writing and research for RFE's, Memorandums, and Waivers.
    • Must have prior experience managing staff, and evaluating performance.
    • Has previously demonstrated the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills; superior organizational skills; and strong interpersonal skills are required to be able to work well with clients and office staff.

    LICENSED IN ANY STATE WILL QUALIFY.
