Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the assigned region. • Utilize leads driven strategies to connect with potential customers interested in life insurance. • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales efforts and implement growth initiatives. • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and customer success goals. • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments. Qualifications: Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department Proven track record of sales success Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major Requirements: • Proven track record in life insurance sales and business development, preferably in a regional role. • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning concepts. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and technology. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Compensation: $120,000
