Responsibilities: • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements • Promoting the sale of properties through ads, social media, open houses, and listing services • Preparing representation contracts, offer-to-purchase agreements, and listing agreements • Interviewing clients to determine their property needs, then showing those properties Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Self-motivation and drive • Past sales experience is preferred • Technology driven • Entry-level • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to connect with various personalities • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Phone skills - ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit team atmosphere Compensation: $90,000+ at plan commission
