Listing Specialist Job Purpose: To be the client care representative for the team.  Insure that all details about the listing are up and accurate and look good. Responsibilities: • Prospect for Leads and schedule appointments • Attend appointments scheduled by other team members • Prep for Listing appointment – Create CMA • Prep all documents for Listing Coordinator • Set expectations for clients • Follow up weekly with clients • Review all offers with clients • Handle all negotiations • Attend closings and insure clients have A+ client care Qualifications: • Key Competencies SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Analyzing • planning and organizing • information collection and management • problem solving • attention to detail • decision making skills • communication skills • confidentiality • ability to work under pressure • Results Driven EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High School diploma • Formal computer training an advantage • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office • Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed • Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures Compensation: $75,000+
