    Job Description

    We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current

    • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved

    • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele

    • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline

    • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround

    • Warm lead follow-ups on prospective clients 

    • Provide exceptional customer service 

    • Deliver the team value proposition and handle objections 

    • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services 

    • Make 150-200+ contacts per week

    • Conduct 10-20 hours of lead follow up per week

    • Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 8 appointments weekly for agents

    • Attending training and establish daily role-play partners

    • Track weekly goals and progress

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills

    • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software

    • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car

    • Two years of previous sales experience

    • High school diploma

    • Michigan Real Estate license (or be willing to obtain upon employment)

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to create and maintain relationships

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Database (CRM) management skills

    • Tech-savvy

    • Team oriented

    • Positive attitude
