    At The Lucas Howard Group, we’re looking for an outgoing inbound sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Warm lead follow-ups on prospective clients  • Provide exceptional customer service  • Deliver the team value proposition and handle objections  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services  • Make 150-200+ contacts per week • Conduct 10-20 hours of lead follow up per week • Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 8 appointments weekly for agents • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners • Track weekly goals and progress Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • High school diploma • Michigan Real Estate license (or be willing to obtain upon employment) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to create and maintain relationships • Strong attention to detail • Database (CRM) management skills • Tech-savvy • Team oriented • Positive attitude Compensation: $24,000 plus commission
